What does the hiring process look like? We keep it simple: 1) CV review, 2) a 20-min phone chat, 3) a skill-based task, 4) final conversation with the team lead. We aim to wrap up within 7–10 days.
Is remote work really supported? Absolutely. We've been remote-first since 2020. You can work from anywhere in India — as long as you can overlap with core team hours (11am–4pm IST).
What growth opportunities are there? We promote from within. You'll have a dedicated learning budget, access to courses, and regular 1:1s with your manager. Many of our senior consultants started as junior case processors.
Do I need prior immigration experience? For consultant roles, yes — we usually look for 2–4 years of experience. But for roles like CV Strategist or Client Success, we're open to smart people from adjacent fields.
What's the company culture like? We're a small, tight-knit team that values honesty, kindness, and a bit of humour. We don't do micromanagement — we trust you to do your best work.
